NES Health works closely with hospital leaders to customize a physician staffing and management solution that’s aligned with their emergency department’s specific needs. Clients have access to a host of support services – such as innovative quality, patient safety, marketing, and patient satisfaction programs. Sophisticated reporting technologies at NES Health allow hospital leaders to continuously monitor and improve service delivery in emergency departments.

Strength and Stability

NES Health’s unique structural organization allows hospitals to enjoy the strength and stability of a national organization – along with personalized service that’s often only found in much smaller operations. It’s the best of both worlds. Taking great care of patients is the foundation for each one of NES Health’s solutions, from selective physician recruitment and staffing to special services for critical access hospitals. Contact us and learn the true scope of our Emergency Department Management capabilities.

Opportunities
NES Health is thrilled to announce that Chris Pepin will be moving into the role of the company’s first Chief Experience Officer. Mr. Pepin has earned this title by championing the deployment of Client IQ, a web-based real time customer satisfaction survey that revolutionizes the conversation about the ED patient experience. In his role as Clinical Services Director, he has helped emergency departments develop best practice processes that standardize and optimize patient care, and he has been a remarkable addition to our company development team and marketing/strategy departments. Thank you to Mr. Pepin for his dedication to both NES and the patients who visit our Emergency Departments!

NES Health is excited to announce the promotion of Dr. Keri Gardner into the role of Chief Medical Officer. In her two years of dedicated service as National Director of Quality and Patient Safety, she has proven herself a tireless advocate of high quality patient care and a leader of the highest quality. In developing the NES Health Quality program, she has partnered with Action Cue, to create the “Gardner Eleven” elements of quality performance that Site Medical Directors and CEOs alike can log on and track progress in real time. In addition to developing the company Mission, Vision, and Value statements, NES newsletters, and chairing the yearly Medical Directors Academy, she has broadly developed company policies and procedures and has managed a best in class risk management program. Congratulations Dr. Gardner!
